Very pale salmon colour. Beautiful soft perfumed nose, delicate berries. On palate, layered, some mushroom on back palate, soft persistent bubbles, subtle balance of strawberries and texture on the finish. Great with sashimi of wild salmon with a little Halen Mon Sea salt.
